  • Korngold’s ‘Lieder des Abschieds’ and Mahler’s 4th Symphony

    Conductor Robert Weaver and soloist Rachel Nichols come back to perform Mahler’s 4th Symphony. Rest of programme is Strauss: Waltzes from ‘Der Rosenkavalier’, Korngold: ‘Glück, das mir verblieb‘ Marietta’s song in ‘Die tote Stadt’ (Act 1) and Korngold: Lieder des Abschieds op.14 for soprano and orchestra.
