We accompanied the East Oxford Community Choir in their performance of the Elgar’s epic, The Apostles on 1 June. What a fabulous concert! Conductor James Longstaffe said, I wanted to thank you all for your part in the performance. It was such a positive experience, and so many people commented on how fantastic the orchestra sounded. It is such a demanding, complex piece, and I was delighted with the commitment and dedication that everyone contributed in order to make the concert such a success. Everyone was so friendly and supportive, and it was a pleasure to have the opportunity to conduct the orchestra. I hope we might be able to collaborate again on similar projects in the future.
